Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Beat butter together with eggs and sugar.
  2. Add milk, vanilla, baking powder and flour.
  3. Spread in 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake 25 minutes at 350° (may need longer).
  5. Recipe may be doubled for 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Great with strawberries and milk!
