Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup of Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • Splash Lemon Juice
  • Splash Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except oil. Blend well.
  2. Add oil slowly to mixture.
  3. The slower oil is added, thicker dressing will be.
