Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter in a baking dish and pour batter into it.
  3. Add the can of cherry pie filling.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
  5. Whipped cream can be added when it is served.
