Mom'S Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fried, cubed fat back
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry
  2. fat
  3. back.
  4. Saute onion in fat.
  5. Cube potatoes and cook until
  6. tender (do not completely cover with water).
  7. Add creamed corn,
  8. canned
  9. milk
  10. and enough whole milk to desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve hot with fat back sprinkled on top.
