Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. deer steak
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 medium onions, cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roll

  4. flour and brown on both sides in bacon drippings
  5. in skillet.
  6. Cover steak with water and add remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook until meat is tender.
  8. More liquid can be added.
