Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • lemon juice to taste
  • American or Swiss cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Place in a glass baking dish. Mix together the mayonnaise, soup, milk and lemon juice. Mix well and pour over the broccoli. Top with cheese slices. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6.
