Monkey Biscuit Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits (Hungry Jack yellow wrapper)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. white sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  2. Put sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag.
  3. Shake each piece of biscuit in mixture.
  4. Put 1/2 of a pecan on each piece and place face down in well-greased Bundt pan.
  5. Melt 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup white sugar.
  6. Bring to light boil.
  7. Pour over biscuits.
  8. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
