"Moo'S" Easy Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. real lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. frozen red raspberries in syrup
  • 1 small container lite Cool Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, lemon juice and eggs with wire whisk.
  2. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Cook raspberries and cornstarch until thick and clear.
  6. Pour on top of pie.
  7. Cool 4 hours.
  8. Top with Cool Whip; garnish with raspberries. Store in refrigerator.
