Ingredients

  • pork ribs
  • Mrs. Dash original seasoning
  • red pepper flakes
  • Lea & Perrins original
  • barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the ribs on one side with Mrs. Dash original seasoning.
  2. Place the ribs in a baking pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn the ribs over and season liberally again.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to personal taste, from medium to hot.
  6. Return to the oven at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Pour excess fat from the baking pan.
  8. Turn the ribs over again.
  9. Apply a light dose of red pepper flakes and a liberal amount of Lea & Perrins.
  10. Return to the oven at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  11. Turn the ribs for the last time.
  12. Apply liberal amounts of Lea & Perrins.
  13. Return to the oven at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  14. Apply more Lea & Perrins and warm the ribs before serving if you prefer them juicy.
