Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • bunch coriander
  • tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar
  • tbsp garlic oil
  • 4 slice whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Pan toast the pieces of bread until golden.
  2. Once golden drizzle some garlic oil; sprinkle on the cheese and take it off the flame and set aside.
  3. On a bowl add the onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice, and chickpeas.
  4. Mix well until well incorporated.
  5. Top the toast with this mixture.
  6. And Enjoy!
