Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. Mountain Dew
  • 1 or 2 sliced bananas
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Make the lemon Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling hot water.
  2. Then pour in 2 cups of cold Mountain Dew.
  3. Then pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan and put into the refrigerator.
  4. When the Jell-O starts to harden, add the sliced bananas, pineapple chunks and miniature marshmallows.
  5. Then place the Jell-O back in the refrigerator until firm.
  6. When firm, mix the lemon pie filling and Cool Whip together in a separate bowl.
  7. Spread this on the Jell-O.
  8. Then let set for an hour in the refrigerator.
