Ingredients

  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Mix well with electric mixer.
  2. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour until golden brown.
