Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 c. pecans, whole or chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light or dark Karo
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In unbaked pie crust, pour 1 cup pecans.
  2. Using mixer or blender, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over pecans in crust.
  4. Bake for full 50 minutes at 350°.
