Muesli Buns

- Warm milk, add yeast and dissolve. Mix flour, salt and milk mixture. Add honey and knead until soft. Place in a large bowl, cover with a clean tea towel and keep in a warm place for 1 hour. Fold in muesli, cover again and let proof for another hour.
- On a floured surface, divide dough into 15-20 buns. Cover and keep in a warm place for 30-45 mins.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place buns on greased baking trays, sprinkle with flour and bake for 20-25 mins. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
