Ingredients

  • 20 mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • small lump butter

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mushrooms and remove their stems.
  2. Place the mushrooms on a Pyrex plate, hollow side up.
  3. Put garlic salt and a small lump of butter into the center of each mushroom.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
