Ingredients

  • 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. margarine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream

Instructions

  2. Use a pastry blender to cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg yolks and sour cream.
  4. Stir until the ingredients are combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and shapable into a ball.
  6. If the dough is sticky, add more flour as needed.
  7. Refrigerate the dough until ready to use.
