Ingredients

  • 2 ounces basil
  • 14 g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 32 g parmesan cheese
  • 12 teaspoon water
  • 12 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. just put everything in a little mini chopper, and whirl.
  2. my trick is to add a bit of boiling water if it neeeds thinning---not more oil:).
