Ingredients

  • 5 tortilla shells
  • oil for frying
  • 8 oz. Colby Cheese, grated
  • hotdogs, sliced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can nacho sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut tortilla shells into eights and fry in oil until crisp; drain on paper towel.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Arrange fried tortilla shells on a cookie sheet.
  4. Cut and arrange a generous cube of cheese on each.
  5. Add a slice of hot dog and a small slice of hot pepper. Stick under the broiler for a few minutes, Serve immediately.
