Nanaw'S Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Place on foil lined pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes covered with foil; turn after the first 10 minutes.
  4. After baking for 20 minutes; remove from oven.
  5. Drain pan and add applesauce on top of each pork chop.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. Return to oven uncovered until thoroughly heated.
  8. Very quick and easy!
