Nancy’S Easy Multigrain Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plus 1 Tbsp Very Hot Tap Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Liquid Honey Or Maple Syrup (melt Hard Honey In The Microwave)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter Or Margarine (I Use Soft Becel)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Multigrain Flour (I Use Robin Hood Bread Blend)
  • 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds (raw)
  • 1/4 cups Oatmeal (I Use Quick Cooking)
  • 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in order given into your bread machine pan. Set bread machine onto whole wheat or grain cycle. Who knew that bread making was that easy!!
  2. Note: On my machine, I choose the grain cycle and the 1.5 loaf size. From start to finish baking it takes 4 hours and 10 minutes in my bread machine.
