Navy Beans

Instructions
- Wash beans and pick dirt or rocks out.
- Place beans in cooker or bean pot in water to cover.
- Cook slowly.
- Add ham hock, onion (cut up), garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook until beans are soft.
- Be sure to keep water in pot.
- Serve with corn bread.
