Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter flavor Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
  3. Add milk; mix well.
  4. Add flour and beat until real creamy.
  5. Add flavoring; mix well.
  6. Pour in 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan that has been greased and floured.
  7. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
