Nectarine Cheesecake

- Lightly grease an 11x5 inch tart pan with removable base.
- In a food processor, process graham crackers to fine crumbs. Add butter and orange zest. Pulse until combined. Press firmly into base of pan then chill for 1 hour, until firm.
- Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, heavy cream and sugar together for 2-3 mins, until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the nectarines. Spread over prepared base, smooth surface and chill for 2 hours, until firm.
- Serve topped with remaining nectarine slices.
