Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Remove 1/3 cup of flour from the 2 cups and put it in a small bowl. Add enough water to make a runny paste.
  2. Set aside the flour paste.
  3. Put the remaining 1 2/3 cups of flour into a mixing bowl along with the Crisco and salt.
  4. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Add the flour paste to the mixture.
  6. Mix with a knife until the dough collects into a ball.
  7. Divide the dough to make 1 double crust or 3 shells.
