- Remove 1/3 cup of flour from the 2 cups and put it in a small bowl. Add enough water to make a runny paste.
- Set aside the flour paste.
- Put the remaining 1 2/3 cups of flour into a mixing bowl along with the Crisco and salt.
- Blend thoroughly until the mixture is crumbly.
- Add the flour paste to the mixture.
- Mix with a knife until the dough collects into a ball.
- Divide the dough to make 1 double crust or 3 shells.
