Instructions

  1. Dissolve Junket tablets in 1/4 cup warm water.
  2. Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, vanilla, and half and half.
  3. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Add enough milk to fill the freezer container to 1 inch from the top.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes and freeze.
