Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, then add flour, milk, and salt.
  3. Mix well with a spoon, leaving lumps intact.
  4. Fill the greased muffin tin 3/4 full with the batter.
  5. Place the muffin tin into the cold oven and set the temperature to 450°F.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes without opening the oven during baking.
  7. Remove and serve immediately.
