Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Cool until slightly set (like unbeaten egg white).
  3. Stir in pineapple and cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Chill until set.
