No Bake Cherry Balls

Instructions
- In mixing bowl, blend sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in coconut and chill for 1 hour.
- Drain cherries on paper towel.
- After mixture has chilled, shape about 1 tablespoon around cherry.
- Leave stem showing.
- Dip in graham cracker crumbs about 2/3 from bottom.
- Refrigerate until served.
- May be made ahead and frozen.
