  9. Repeat rotating the pan 1/4 turn and layering two more times for a total of four layers.
  10. Pour any remaining cappuccino over the top.

Tips & Substitutions

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. You can also substitute the bite-sized cookies with gluten-free options or homemade cookies for a personalized touch. If you prefer a less sweet dessert, reduce the amount of chocolate syrup used as a topping.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake chilled, drizzled with additional chocolate syrup and topped with whipped topping. For added texture, consider pairing it with fresh berries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This dessert also pairs beautifully with a cup of coffee or tea.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The cake can be enjoyed cold straight from the fridge, or let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving for a softer texture.
