Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Stir together the crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into two baked pie shells.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut or nuts, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled and set before serving.
