Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, diced
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 can peas
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked elbow macaroni, kidney beans, diced luncheon meat, diced celery, and peas in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise and prepared mustard until well blended.
  3. Stir the sour cream into the mayonnaise-mustard mixture.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika on top for color and flavor.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
