Ingredients

  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 1 egg white
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • paprika
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into fry-sized strips.
  2. Put the potato strips in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper and your choice of cayenne pepper, paprika, or chili powder.
  3. Pour beaten egg white over the fries and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated fries on a cookie sheet lightly coated with nonstick spray.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, until crispy.
