No Fat Split Pea Soup

Instructions
- Rinse split peas and soak for 1 hour.
- In large pot, put split peas in 8 cups of water.
- Chop onions, garlic and carrots and mix in the pot.
- Finely chop parsley and dill.
- Add with the remaining seasonings.
- Cook 2 hours on medium heat.
- Add water to thin if needed.
