Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can chopped Ortega green chilies, drained
  • 1 small jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of cheese to top with.
  2. Place the mixture into a small baking dish.
  3. Top with the reserved cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers.
