Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 2 large jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned whole peeled tomatoes and Ro-Tel.
  2. Put the drained tomatoes and Ro-Tel into a blender.
  3. Cut the jalapenos into small pieces and add them to the blender.
  4. Add cumin, onion powder, and garlic salt to the blender.
  5. Blend on low for about 3 seconds until just combined, avoiding a liquid consistency.
  6. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
