Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. nuts or more
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Stir all dry ingredients together, then add 1 cup melted butter and last add 1 beaten egg.
  2. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet or roll in balls and then flatten.
  3. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Melt 2 or 3 cubes of almond bark and drizzle over cookie.
  5. (If almond bark is too thick, add a little oil.)
