Ingredients

  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 lb. loose hot sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 small cans tomato paste
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 yellow hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat and drain.
  2. Brown the hot sausage and drain. Add to meat, tomato paste, water, onion and all peppers.
  3. Drain and rinse kidney beans; add to mixture.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
  5. Leave in crock-pot on low 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve with plenty of cold water.
