Nutty Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped black olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix walnuts, black olives, pimento, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix garlic into olive oil and toss with walnut mixture. Serve over cooked, drained spaghetti.
