Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana, sliced (or 1 cup any fruit fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup oat bran, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Should be smooth and thick.
