Oatmeal Coffee Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. (scant 1/3 c.) uncooked oatmeal
  • brown sugar substitute to equal 3 Tbsp.
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (no sugar added)

Instructions

  1. Mix and pour into individual loaf pan which has been treated with nonstick spray.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° to 375°.
  3. Recipe makes only 1 loaf.
