Oatmeal-Pecan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Place ingrediants in bread machine in order given.
  2. Select Sweet or Basic/White.
  3. Use medium or light crust.
  4. Cool bread on wire rack.
