Ingredients

  • 4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oatmeal and brown sugar together.
  2. Add the oil; let sit overnight (8 hours).
  3. Add eggs, almond extract and salt; mix well. Grease cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven immediately.
