Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 4 or more c. cold water
  • lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice, sugar, and boiling water in a large container.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Pour the mixture into a gallon jug.
  4. Add cold water and some lemon rinds.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour over ice in 10 to 12 ounce glasses.
