Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated medium fine
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
  • 1 jar (8 oz.) small pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained and finely knife-chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, vigorously stir together the grated cheese, salad dressing, and chopped olives.
  2. Turn the mixture into one or two jars or crocks and cover tightly.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
