Ingredients

  • Hummus, guacamole or another dip
  • 13 canned pitted olives (drained and patted dry), divided
  • 1 slice white cheese
  • 1 carrot, shredded

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus, guacamole or another dip onto a plate. Line up 12 olives end to end on top of dip, curving as a snake's body would. Use a sharp paring knife or the smaller end of a round piping tip to cut 2 small rounds out of slice of white cheese. Press rounds against olive on head end of snake. Cut 2 small pieces of 1 more olive; attach to cheese rounds to make eyes. Slice one end of a carrot shred to make forked tongue; place into hole in snake's head.
