Omelet For Two

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Place butter in a 9-inch microproof pie plate. Cook on High for 1 minute or until melted.
  2. Combine eggs, water, salt and pepper.
  3. Beat lightly with a fork.
  4. Pour into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and cook for 4 minutes or until center is nearly set.
  5. Let stand, covered, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in half and serve immediately.
