Instructions
- Place butter in a 9-inch microproof pie plate. Cook on High for 1 minute or until melted.
- Combine eggs, water, salt and pepper.
- Beat lightly with a fork.
- Pour into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and cook for 4 minutes or until center is nearly set.
- Let stand, covered, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in half and serve immediately.
