  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 4 small bananas
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pressed tofu
  • 3 tablespoons powdered spirulina

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix water, orange juice concentrate, bananas, and protein powder for 1 minute.
  2. Add pressed tofu and spirulina; blend for 1 minute, until well combined.
