Ingredients

  • 1 c. long cook rice
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef consomme or chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix rice, both soups (without adding water) and butter in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
