One Pot Macaroni Supper

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. chili powder or to taste
  • 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. hot dogs, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced (undrained)

Instructions

  1. In Dutch oven, combine soup, water and chili powder. Heat until boiling. Stir in macaroni, hot dogs and mushrooms. Cook over low heat until macaroni is tender (about 12 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
