Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flake
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and marinate together for at least an hour. Serve over tacos, beans, or grilled meats and enjoy!
